I can not pass up the opportunity to brag on this paint and customer service. At first i just ordered small containers of this paint just to test out and see how well i liked it. Love at first use. I used almost every drop in first week, both containers and loved the paint brushes as well. So i ended up and ordered multiple containers of different color in 32 oz. Every single container came bagged in zip lock bag and surprise they sent me safety glasses, sanding block, and two of their very best brushes!! You can not beat these large brushes if you paint rough wood such as palates or crates. PROFESSIONAL AND They understand their customers and needs. I highly recommend.

I bought this to paint my kitchen cabinets. I was trying to find a temporary solution to ugly cabinets until we are ready to renovate. It went on well. It did need two coats but covered beautifully. I used some wax that I had on hand to finish it. Honestly, I like it better without the wax, but I assume it wouldn't hold up as well without it.

I own 3 brushes now and have pre-ordered 2 more wax brushes(new design). I have used them and love them. Easy to clean afterwards. I suggest following directions to pre-clean brushes and pull off loose bristles. I did not and got some shedding, but not much. Brushes hold a lot of paint and cover smoothly, but that could also be the paint.
I wish you had a smaller version for small areas.

Nice stuff. It gives a food-safe finish in a reasonably-priced product that's pleasant to use. It has a drying time of about eight hours between coats and 48 - 72 hours before use, which is less than raw linseed oil. Like any oil-only finish it won't give you a high gloss, but rather something matte to semi-gloss, nor will it give you a hard protective finish. It has a light color and does a great job of bringing out the grain in a piece of wood. The odor is a lot less pungent than linseed oil.

Most furniture waxes I’ve used are very thick & hard to use. I also love that you don’t have to 1st apply the clear wax before a color, like most waxes. That saves a ton of product & labor (they also have very reasonable prices)! I’ve recently started a furniture refinishing business. So far, I’ve purchased & used most of the colored waxes.

I'm a woodworker. At times I need a great oil that is food grade safe. This is the best oil I have used. I built cutting boards out of Walnut so it makes extra sense to use Walnut Oil. It does a great job showing my grains off and preserving my boards. I love it!

The oil works great and smells even better. I mix one cup of oil with 1/4 cup of beeswax, microwave, stir, and repeat until all the wax is melted. Then, stir every few minutes until the mixture firms up to a thick paste. Rub this on wood for a beautiful finish

I absolutely LOVE these brushesReviewed in the United States on June 15, 2017 I absolutely LOVE these brushes! They make painting something I look forward to instead of dreading it like I used to. Being a senior citizen can make activities using your hands painful but when I use them the hand cramps I used to experience no longer occur. They cover a much larger surface area than other smaller paint brushes so the job gets done in less than half the time it used to take. The quality of them is excellent and the price is almost half of what other comparable brushes cost. One of these brushes lost 2 bristles initially and the other lost none. I have used them now over a dozen times each will definitely replace them with this brand again if the time ever comes when I need to. Anyone looking for a superb quality brush at a great price should not hesitate to buy these.

Good products and GREAT customer serviceReviewed in the United States on April 22, 2019 Very pleased with Chalk Mountain brushes. I've tried other name brand chalk paint brushes and had terrible results. With one brand I had over 100 bristles fall out and stick to my piece on just a small 18" x 24" flat section. It took so long to get through that section with all the stopping to pick out bristles that my paint kept getting gloppy. I had to spray it with water to blend it with a different brush. With the Chalk Mountain brushes I had ZERO bristle loss with the first brush (and I even neglected to prep the brush before using like they recommend) and have only lost 2-3 bristles with the second brush and I've been using them regularly since November. I liked them so much I ordered a bunch more directly from Chalk Mountain. Customer service is very responsive and personal. It's a small family-owned business so you get an actual person when you contact them, and usually the same person. They offer full replacement for any defects in manufacturing. I had a problem with two of the medium oval brushes coming apart months ago, but got busy and put off contacting them until last week. Even after all this time (Nov to April) they replaced the brushes. All I had to do was send pictures and my order number. I've ordered their citrus scented hemp oil quite a bit, too. I like that they send a note with most orders, and every now and then they send a freebie. That 'I'm a real person' response is key and Chalk Mountain has mastered it.

Worth the investment. I chalk painted three pieces before I decided to invest in these brushes. I was dumb. Just buy them; you need the right tools. I'm using less paint and getting better coverage now.

Absolutely amazing paint, waxes, and brushes! The paint is smooth and so easy work with! I have found a company who cares and takes pride in their products.

My orders from Chalk Mountain always arrive so well packaged. And the products are impressive to say the least. I ordered a bundle of waxes this time and they work beautifully. They seal the paint and leave a lovely satin sheen.

Nice chalk paint and great value!Reviewed in the United States on June 29, 2017Color: #42 Great paint. Went on smooth and easy. Dries super quick and very low to no odor. It's also depends on your piece of furniture. I painted over a stain furniture in pretty good shape. Cleaned it with a good cleaner to remove dirt and grease. Sanded between coats for smooth surface. Applied only one coat of wax to body of furniture but two coats to the top surface. The entire process took less than 1 1/2 hours total over several days.

This was my first experience with chalk paint and doing research, I know the other named brand is popular and quite expensive and also available in certain small shops. The decision to purchased this kit was based on cost since there was only one review for the kit. It's a great deal for introduction to chalk paint.

I got the slate gray, and the color is gorgeous. I still have lots lot paint left and is now looking for furniture paint. Thank you chalk mountain and amazon for delivering to my door in perfect conditioned

Very happy with the paint and fast delivery

The shipping was fast and the package meticulously and carefully packed. No spills. I appreciate that you place each container of paint in to its own zip lock bag should there be spillage. Only one thing I can think of and that would be to write or put sticker on box to keep "this side up." My box was placed sideways in my mailbox out in the blazing hot sun. Thankfully, no damage to the products and nothing spilled.

Greetings. Thank you for your prompt delivery of my order of Chalk paints and the Furniture Finishing wax and Palm Brush. I'm using the paint on a large French Hutch and I love the paint. I can thin it with water and get just the right consistency. It is great at coverage and such a low odor. It is wonderful paint. I haven't gotten to the waxing
yet. I'm putting some stenciling on, then I'll wax it. The brush is such a great quality and the Wax smells like beeswax and looks so natural. I appreciate your lovely natural products and using them.
